Stand Tall Support Coordination was inspired by my daughter, Jaelani, a strong, beautiful young girl living with autism.

Jaelani has faced many challenges throughout her journey, particularly with emotional regulation and behaviours. As her mum, I’ve walked every step alongside her, through the highs and the lows. At times, it felt like a rollercoaster, but through it all, I’ve watched her grow, achieve her goals, and become the incredible young person she is today.

I am so proud to stand tall with her.

Her journey opened my eyes to the realities many families face, navigating diagnoses, accessing the right supports, and feeling understood. It’s not always easy, and culturally safe, aligned support is often missing.

That’s why I created Stand Tall Support Coordination.

With over 10 years of experience in the NDIS sector across multiple roles, I’ve supported individuals and families from early childhood through to adulthood from pre-diagnosis support right through to implementing NDIS plans. Today, I walk alongside mob, ensuring our people receive the right supports, delivered in a way that respects culture, identity, and community.

Stand Tall is more than a service, it’s a commitment to giving back, building capacity, and empowering families to feel confident, supported, and strong in their journey.
