A Note About AI

Transparency matters to me.

Because of cognitive impairment caused by chronic illness, including brain fog and memory difficulties, I use artificial intelligence as an accessibility tool to help organise, refine and communicate my thoughts.

The stories, memories, opinions, experiences and conclusions shared here are my own. AI does not invent my life, my beliefs or my voice. It helps me express them with greater clarity when illness makes that difficult.

Every post is reviewed, edited and approved by me before it is published.

I believe AI has the potential to become one of the most important assistive technologies of our generation, opening doors for people whose illnesses or disabilities make writing, communicating or creating more difficult.

This page is an example of what happens when lived experience and technology work together, not to replace human voices, but to ensure they are still heard.
