We wanted to create a space that reflects who we are and the way we support individuals; warm, inclusive, compassionate, and person-centred.

You can now learn more about our team, approach to care, and how we support your relationship with food and body including eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and neurodivergent individuals.

Nutrition advice often assumes that eating is the same for everyone, but this isn’t the case.

Neuro-affirming nutrition support recognises that differences in sensory processing, appetite, executive function, routines, and energy can all impact how eating feels day to day.
