Results are in!!
Visually I can see the some of the holiday indulgence has shed. But the main thing is I FEEL sooooo much better than the lethargic heavy post-holiday person on the top row! Now to keep up the healthy habits! A little bit of aloe and a lot of clean eating is the way forward! 😊💚

Day 4 on the and I have been struggling with the hungry days so today I'm mixing it up with a lo-caldinner allowing for an equally lo-cal lunch!! And since I'm not feeling like I need my shake I might just save that for dessert!
