Our team will be taking a well-deserved break over the holiday season.
Please note that we will be closed from 16th December 2025 through to 4th January 2026.

We will reopen and resume all services on Monday, 5th January 2026.

🌾 Health on the Road – South West Trip Complete! 🌾

End of last week and over the weekend, our Head Clinical Exercise Physiologist Kathryn hit the road to visit our amazing patients in the South West! 🚗💚

While most of her check-ins happen via Telehealth, Kathryn goes the extra mile every 8 weeks to provide face-to-face consultations — ensuring our rural patients receive the same high-quality, hands-on care as those in metro areas. 🏡✨

We’re proud to support participants no matter the postcode — because access to health shouldn’t be limited by distance. 💪🌟
