Have you ever wished you could work on your relationships at an energetic level?

My Private Group Healing Sessions are exactly that, an energy healing session designed for two or more people who want to come together and work on something shared.

This could be you and your partner navigating a recurring pattern between you. A parent and child working through the emotional weight of their dynamic. Co-parents finding more ease in how they communicate. Siblings healing old wounds. Mothers and daughters releasing what has been carried through generations. Families working through a shared challenge. A leadership team clearing the energetic blocks that are holding back their potential. A sports team building cohesion and focus. Even the relationship between a family and their pet or the dynamic between multiple pets in a household.

In a private group session we can work on the reactivity within the group looking at why certain dynamics keep repeating, why communication breaks down, why the same emotions keep surfacing. Another option is to focus on a shared goal of healing, growth, change, or simply more harmony in how you show up for each other.

This work is a beautiful complement to any counselling or therapeutic work already in progress, energetically releasing the blocks that can make change feel so hard.

This person attended three sessions of my Group Field Emotional Release series (Grief, Fear and Rage) and this is what shifted.

Not a dramatic overnight transformation. A quiet, ‘almost didn’t notice it’ journey towards returning to balance. Less reactivity, more space and less overthinking.

When the body is given permission to release what it’s been holding, something softens. You start responding instead of reacting and you can start feeling instead of bracing.

As a singer myself, I know what it’s like when your voice feels blocked. The tension. The fear. The sense that something is holding you back from fully expressing.

It’s not always about technique. Sometimes what’s blocking your voice is what you’ve never said. What you’ve swallowed. What felt unsafe to express.

Two sessions down in my Letting Go of Emotions Series!

We have worked on releasing grief and fear and it has been such a powerful experience. The feedback has been beautiful - participants describing gentle releases, unexpected calm, and a sense of joy and lightness they weren’t expecting.

This Sunday we are working with something that so many of us carry but rarely feel safe to express:

These emotions are so often suppressed - pushed down, held back, swallowed. When they stay stored in the body, they can affect our health, our relationships, and our ability to move forward.

A question I often get asked about releasing emotions like anger is: “Will I feel really angry during the session?”

Emotions may surface as we move through the session. My work is focused on gently releasing and calming these emotions from your energy system.

You won’t be left feeling overwhelmed or activated.

You’ve been told to “feel your feelings” and “process your emotions” - but no one has taught you how.

So you’re left trying to think your way through emotions, or force yourself to cry, or journal endlessly hoping something will shift. Sometimes it helps. Often it doesn’t.

True emotional processing happens in your body and energy system, not just your mind. You can’t think your way out of stored emotions - you have to release them energetically.

My work provides the access and opportunity for energetic release. I create a safe container where your body can finally let go of what it’s been holding.

But here’s what’s beautiful: your energy system decides what and how much you release.

I don’t force anything.

Your body’s innate wisdom knows exactly:
• What you’re ready to release
• How much you can handle in this moment
• What needs to stay for now
• The pace that’s right for you

You’re always in control, even when you’re letting go.

When emotions are truly processed and released, you create space for change.

Grief is a natural, precious part of being human. Without it, life wouldn’t carry the same depth or meaning. It shows us what mattered, what we loved, what we’ve lost.

But there’s a difference between honouring grief and suppressing it.

When grief is suppressed instead of expressed, it can lead to:
• Depression and emotional numbness
• Physical illness - pneumonia, kidney issues, ovarian cysts
• Lower back pain, IBS, anaemia
• Chronic tension in the lungs and chest
• Feeling stuck in the past, unable to move forward

Grief must be recognised and expressed to heal.

This doesn’t mean rushing through it or “getting over it.” Each person processes loss differently, and healing takes the time it takes.

But when grief becomes prolonged and unprocessed, it keeps you focused on what was, limiting your ability to be present for what is. It lives in your body, creating symptoms and illness.

Processing grief means:
• Allowing yourself to feel it safely
• Releasing what’s been stored in your body
• Honouring the loss without being consumed by it
• Creating space to move forward while still remembering

You can still feel grief when it arises - but it won’t control your life or damage your health.
