What's your New Year's Resolution?
Beginner's Meditation workshops are re commencing
Sunday 3rd February 2019.
Make some time to relax this year and learn to "breathe" again!
Individual or small group classes are welcome. Suitable for clients that have little or no experience in meditation or for those clients that would like to revisit the basics of meditation.
Come and join me and learn to "still" your mind, open your heart and find the peace, healing and power associated with meditation. Workshops are held in a relaxed, informal, friendly atmosphere.
