We took breathwork underground… now we’re taking it to the stars🚀⭐🌙
On Sunday, we gathered deep within the Yanchep Cabaret Cave for Transformative Breathwork, an unforgettable day of breath, sound, and self-discovery with Vibrant-Health.
Surrounded by the natural beauty and resonance of the cave, participants journeyed inward to release old patterns, find clarity, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
The energy was profound, the kind of stillness and strength that reminds us how powerful it feels to refocus on what really matters.
And now, as we look upward instead of inward, I’m excited to focus on our next breathwork experience:
⭐Breathwork Under the Stars at the Perth Observatory.⭐
We’ll trade the depths of the Earth for the vastness of the cosmos, a multi-dimensional journey of gentle breathwork, sound healing, and stargazing beneath the Milky Way.
Wearing immersive sound headsets, you’ll breathe to an expansive cinematic soundtrack inspired by Jean-Michel Jarre, Hans Zimmer, and Vangelis before resting in a 30-minute planetary sound healing experience with gongs tuned to the frequencies of celestial bodies.
To finish, we’ll enjoy a telescope viewing of the night sky, a perfect reminder that, just like the stars above, each of us is part of something far greater.
