Womb Hara feels more than a massage. For me, it feels like a nurturing ceremony that allows you to connect to your linage and your womb.

What I notice, is how much we can hold in our womb + belly. Tension, grief, unspoken feelings and the effort of keeping it all together. Beneath my hands, I notice the belly soften, the breath deepen and the places that have been bracing begin to ease.

There can be warmth, tenderness, tears, memories or sometimes feelings that haven’t had space to be felt. Other times it’s simply resting and being held.

Every woman brings her own story and each session unfolds differently. I feel honoured to be trusted with these moments. They remind me why I love this work 🌹

Aloha women, the students on my mentorship program have put together a birth preparation/education session as part of their "missions". Especially prepared for women who are birthing in the hospital or at home with a private midwife. Their focus is on physiological birth and covering the continuum of labour through to the postpartum. This is a FREE class and I would love feedback from you at the end of the presentation.
**FYI, these women have all been trained in body work as part of the mentorship and will step into the work of supporting women birthing in the hospitals and home. Whether its offering you body work in pregnancy, emotional support in labour or ceremony (closing bones) in the postpartum.

The Wild Soul Village - what a tribe of women and bubbas! So much fun!

They are also building their website with me and so that is coming soon!

They are a collective of women serving women through the motherhood journey, through the self discovery and self healing journey. They are honouring themselves as they too move through maiden, mother, crone and beyond phases of their own lives.

It’s enriching being in their vicinity and feeling their magic 🪄. Lots and lots of gifts within every single one of them. So so beautiful.

I just pinch myself with how lucky I am to get to have them as clients lots of collaboration ahead!
