Feeling constant jaw pain, headaches, or migraines and getting no answers? You're not alone.

There's more to these issues than what you're being told. For many women, especially those juggling motherhood and careers, these aren't just random aches.

They're often linked to your jaw, neck, and nervous system, not just stress or lack of sleep.

If you're tired, fatigued, experiencing hormone disruption, or low iron, this could be the missing piece.

This video will finally make things click.

Pins and needles traveling down your arm? If you don't have time to see a therapist, try this quick and easy nerve glide. It helps slide and glide your brachial plexus, which supplies your whole arm. This one is especially helpful for the median nerve, often aggravated by a flexed wrist. Keep your wrist flexed, move your arms slowly, and let your head and eyes follow your fingertips as you gently move around an imaginary beach ball. Stop at the very first hint of tension or pulling in your arm or neck, and gently return to your chest. This is not about a strong stretch, just the first sensation. Do 15 reps twice a day. If that's too much, start with 2-5. Only do one side at a time. If you have pins and needles on both sides, focus on one side first. This simple movement can make a big difference.

Did you know your jaw could be the hidden cause of your chronic headaches, migraines, or neck pain?

Many women, especially busy mothers and career women, suffer silently from fatigue, poor sleep, and hormone disruption, often unaware that jaw dysfunction is a major contributor.

This isn't just about a sore jaw. It's about how TMJ issues can cascade into debilitating symptoms like:

- Persistent headaches and migraines
- Stiff neck and shoulder pain
- Earaches and ringing in the ears
- Fatigue and memory fog

If you've tried everything else without success, it's time to look at your jaw.

Most people facing this condition see 90% recovery within the first three months. This early period is absolutely critical. Your eyes need special attention because paralysis can affect blinking and cleaning. Your doctor will guide you on keeping your eyes lubricated and preventing infection. Don't underestimate the power of diligent eye care during this recovery window.

Are screens causing your neck pain? Most office setups are WRONG for your spine.

Looking side-to-side all day wears out your neck FAST. That constant ache? It’s your body screaming for a change.

Instead of straining your neck, use your swivel chair to turn. Your neck joints are tiny and wear out quickly. Protect them!

I’m a jaw physiotherapist specializing in TMJ, headaches, and neck pain. This simple adjustment can make a huge difference for busy women like you.

You're in pain from your neck, head, or jaw, and you forget about it. Then you spend a weekend gardening, and BAM! All your symptoms come roaring back.

It's easy to fall back into old habits when you're feeling better. But certain movements, like using large secateurs at arm's length, can seriously aggravate your neck and trigger headaches and migraines.

Protect your progress: use smaller tools, keep your arms close to your body, and switch tasks every 10-20 minutes. Mixing it up is key to managing your symptoms and enjoying your garden without the pain.

Have you experienced this after a weekend of activity?

Tired of that constant jaw clenching and grinding at work? It's not just annoying—it's creating serious tightness in your face and neck.

I'm Leigh from Jaw Physio, specializing in this area. Many clients travel worldwide to see me.

A simple trick: slightly separate your back teeth while concentrating. Just a couple of millimeters can ease jaw tension.

Still struggling? Try placing the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth.
