Are you plagued by constant headaches, jaw pain, or neck stiffness? Do you find yourself leaning forward, head jutting out, without even realizing it?

This common posture puts immense strain on your head, neck, and jaw. But what if a simple movement could change everything?

I'm Leigh Ray, a jaw physiotherapist, and I see this pattern daily in women struggling with fatigue, hormone disruption, and chronic pain.

This video reveals a game-changing exercise: the chin tuck.

Here's how: Sit or stand tall. Gently pull your chin straight back, creating a "double chin," without tilting your head up or down. Hold for 20 seconds. Repeat 4 times. Do this 4 times a day.

This isn't just about posture; it's about reclaiming your comfort and energy. If you're tired of feeling drained and in pain, this could be the breakthrough you need.

Have you tried this simple exercise before?

Ear pressure, fullness, or pain, but no infection? This feeling often isn't an ear issue at all.

For many women, especially busy mothers or career women, it stems from the jaw, neck, and nervous system – not wax or a cold.

I’m Leigh Ray, a specialist jaw physiotherapist with international training. I see this pattern weekly:
✔️ Feeling of blocked or muffled ears
✔️ Ear pressure or popping sensations
✔️ Pain linked to jaw tension or neck stiffness
✔️ No relief from typical ear treatments
✔️ Associated throat tightness or sinus irritation

If doctors haven't found answers, this video will finally make things clear.

▶️ Watch to understand why your ears feel blocked and discover what truly helps.

So many of us dread bedtime, knowing sleep won't come. Migraines, headaches, and jaw pain often steal our rest. But what if the secret to deep sleep isn't melatonin, but your hormones? Low progesterone in women can lead to insomnia, joint pain, and that nagging jaw ache. For men, low testosterone can cause sleep apnea. Getting quality sleep boosts pain tolerance and healing, but fixing it is complex. Try a 1-2 hour wind-down ritual: ditch screens, do a 'perimeter walk,' have a warm bath, and practice gratitude. Even a short meditation can shift your mindset. Stop coffee 7 hours before bed and see if your sleep improves. What's your go-to sleep ritual?

Is your child clenching and grinding their teeth? Many parents notice this in children aged 7-13. It's often not about the teeth themselves, but a deeper need for purpose and direction. Fear and anxiety can lead to this, but the antidote is purpose. Introducing them to experiences, mentors, and activities that spark joy and provide a sense of achievement can make a huge difference. Think 'men's sheds' or 'ladies' sheds' for intergenerational connection, or even teaching them financial literacy like the Barefoot Investor for kids. When kids find their passion and a little side hustle, their jaw tension often eases.

▶️ Watch the video to learn how to help your child find their purpose and reduce jaw clenching.

Worried that exercise will make your migraines worse? Certain movements can actually aggravate head and neck pain. If leaning forward hurts, try simply moving your head up and down. Keep your neck stable to avoid unnecessary strain. For those comfortable on hands and knees, alternate leg lifts. You can spread your arms or rest your head to protect your neck. These simple adjustments can make a big difference.

Sick of clenching your jaw and grinding your teeth while you're trying to focus at the office? That constant tightness in your face and neck might be driving you crazy.

I'm Leigh from Jaw Physio, and I specialize in treating this area. People travel from all over to see me. The simplest fix? Unclench your back teeth when you're concentrating.

Just separate them by a couple of millimeters. If that's not enough, try placing the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth. These small adjustments can release so much tension.
