💛 Support Worker Appreciation – Thank You, Rachel and Ashley 💛

A powerful reminder of why great support work and great support workers truly matter.

I’ll be honest: this experience challenged my own assumptions about what might be possible. It reminded me how easy it is to underestimate someone’s ability when we focus on limitations rather than potential.

Recently, Rachel and Ashley gently but confidently pushed beyond those perceived boundaries.

Through patience, encouragement, and genuinely person-centred support, they created an experience that was not only safe, but empowering, joyful, and full of confidence-building moments. What unfolded was an amazing outcome and a truly fun adventure — proving that ability grows when belief, understanding, and opportunity come together.

This moment didn’t just build confidence it challenged my own thinking and reinforced the importance of never letting assumptions define what someone can do.

Hey all, after a very long time working in the industry I have finally decided to open up my business and we are taking on new clients we are in the process of becoming a registered provider.

If you are looking for individual care specific to loved ones needs and for someone who truly cares and is dedicated to you and how you want your support to be delivered.

I know providers get a bad name for good but after working for providers for over 8 years at all rounder care our goal is to get rid of the stigma and bad reputation around NDIS providers.
