In-Person sessions now available in the Southwest - Denmark, Albany & surrounds.

Body Alignment & Trauma Release Coding (TRC) is a gentle, therapeutic session that combines posture realignment, psychosomatic therapy (mind–body communication), and channelled energy healing to support the release of stored emotional patterns held within the body.

Life experiences such as stress, grief, trauma, and emotional overwhelm can shape the way we hold ourselves physically and emotionally.

Over time, these protective patterns can show up as tension, postural imbalance, tightness, fatigue, and a feeling of disconnection from the body and self.

This session works with both the physical body and energetic system to support greater alignment, awareness, and presence.

Through gentle posture correction and Trauma Release Coding - using channelled frequencies and the spoken word from higher self to your body intelligence - the body is supported to release old patterns and imprints and return to a balanced state.

As the body realigns, many people experience improved posture and breath, increased energy flow, nervous system settling, and a deeper sense of connection with themselves.

What We Do:
• Support posture and emotional alignment
• Release stored emotional and energetic holding patterns
• Create balance and flow through the body’s energy centres
• Support nervous system regulation and embodiment
• Re-calibrate the body to return to a state of natural wellness and immunity that create alignment with our authentic blueprint.

This session is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and return to a greater sense of ease, grounding, and presence.
