⭐$49.95 Unlimited Weekly
Contrast Therapy Sessions

As the colder months settle in, it’s easy to feel a little slower, heavier, and more fatigued.

At Ark, we’ve created an experience designed to bring your body back into balance a powerful combination of sauna heat, cold immersion, and guided stillness.

This is more than just a session. It’s a reset for your entire system.

Contrast therapy (alternating between heat and cold) is especially powerful in winter, helping to:

• Boost circulation and warm the body from within
• Strengthen your immune system during colder months
• Reduce muscle stiffness and joint pain
• Support recovery and reduce inflammation
• Increase energy levels and mental clarity
• Help regulate your nervous system and reduce stress

You’ll move through heat, cold, and stillness leaving lighter, clearer, and re-energized.
