We're back on the road across the Wheatbelt.

Patches Aged Care Transport Services return from July 1, and bookings are now open. Our friendly local drivers help older Australians stay connected to the people and places that matter, whether that's a medical appointment, a trip to the shops, or a social outing with friends.

Safe, reliable and affordable, our service runs right across the Wheatbelt and keeps you connected through to Perth and everywhere in between. It's funded through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), with private billing also available.

Staying active, independent and part of your community is what we're here for.

Now in Darwin: Adult Occupational Therapy with Zoe

We are pleased to share that our Occupational Therapist Zoe Raftopoulos will be based in Darwin for three months, from 1 June through August.

During this time, Zoe will be supporting adult participants (18+) with:
✅Therapy blocks
✅Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)
✅Equipment assessments and recommendations
✅Home modification assessments

This is a great opportunity for participants who may be waiting for services, or who need assessments to support plan reviews, equipment requests, or home modifications.

Appointments are available throughout June, July, and August, and we encourage early bookings as availability is filling quickly.
