You’ve been told your thyroid is the problem.
But what if your thyroid is actually responding to the problem?
High cholesterol.
Anxiety.
Low mood.
Brain fog.
Weight gain.
Exhaustion.
Most people are taught to see these as separate issues.
They’re not.
Your thyroid doesn’t operate in isolation.
It responds to the environment you create for it.
Stress.
Blood sugar instability.
Nutrient deficiencies.
Environmental exposures.
Inflammation.
Chronic physiological stress.
All of these can influence how thyroid hormones are produced, converted and used throughout the body.
That’s why so many people are told their thyroid is “normal” while still feeling anything but normal.
At FIHA, we’re less interested in asking:
❌ What’s wrong with your thyroid?
And more interested in asking:
✅ Why is your thyroid struggling in the first place?
Because symptoms are often messages.
Not character flaws.
Not signs you’re lazy.
Not signs you’re dramatic.
And not proof that your body is broken.
Sometimes they’re clues pointing towards a deeper imbalance that hasn’t been fully investigated yet.
