🔴 So, what is Red Light Therapy and why might you benefit from a session? 🔴
That's a question I get asked quite a lot!
Red Light Therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light that are absorbed by the body. The aim is to support the body's natural processes and overall wellbeing in a gentle, natural and non-invasive way.
Think of it as harnessing some of the beneficial light wavelengths found in natural sunlight, without the UV exposure and harsh midday rays. During a session, the light is delivered across your body while you simply relax and unwind.
You may be interested in trying Red Light Therapy if you're experiencing:
✓ Poor sleep or waking up tired
✓ Low energy levels or feeling rundown
✓ Muscle soreness, aches and pains, arthritis symptoms
✓ A busy mind that won't switch off
✓ Difficulty recovering from exercise, sport or gardening
Many people find they get the most benefit from a series of sessions, which is why I often recommend starting with 3 sessions over 2–3 weeks.
At Real Wellbeing, your session is about more than just Red Light Therapy.
Relax on a comfortable heated treatment bed, enjoy aromatherapy if you wish, listen to music, a meditation, or simply spend 20 minutes in peaceful quiet.
And because wellbeing is about more than just the physical body, I'll also include a complimentary 30-minute wellness chat, if you'd like one, for a limited time. Together we can explore simple ways to support your health and wellbeing and perhaps help you take the next step on your wellness journey.
Many people leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and glad they took some time to focus on themselves.
Because perhaps the better question is:
When was the last time you truly prioritised your own wellbeing?
