The school holidays can be a pressure cooker for neurodivergent families.

Changing comfort zones, new schedules and extra pressure to arrange appropriate care during the break can feel heavy.

If you are a neurodivergent parent or a parent to neurodivergent children, give yourself permission to approach each day as you need to. This means letting go of perfection and focusing on using the tools and resources that actually support your nervous system.

Remember: your oxygen mask needs to be put on first so you can help the people around you. ❤️
