Do you receive the nourishing gift of Massage?

I have just finished giving one of my 90 min Massage Journeys and feel so energised!

It is an honour to hold space for another to receive presence and pleasure.

This holding, an opportunity to slow down and open into yourself and all that lives there.

Meeting stillness to be with body, lovingly held in touch.

What a resource for the nervous system!

As I move around and over the landscape of my client's body and energy field, it is my embodiment to the presence and pleasure of my own physical body, energetic body and the body of nature that helps to facilitate this sacred holding.

We are touching the felt sense state together, the language of the body. The mind quietens to allow the body and nervous system space to experience whatever is here to move through.

Beyond words and the intellectual mind, we touch the magic and the mystery of life through the body. ✨

It has been 20 years since I first embarked on my journey into body work which then led me to yoga teacher training and I have recently added in the Somatic Therapy and Art Therapy training into my offerings.

My massage journeys are a full body 90 min physical and energetic experience - $150

add on a 30min integrative crystal bowl sound and voice meditation at the end of your massage - $180

I'm also weaving in my Somatic Therapy and Art Therapy modalities into my offerings if you are interested in exploring these modalities to connect back to the nature and wholeness of who you are through body based awareness. When we slow down to listen, feel and express we touch the intelligence of life that runs through us all, we hear and sense the wisdom that is innately natural to our being and to all of life. We reclaim our authenticity, autonomy and rest into the unique expression and naturalness of our being.

It seems we have been fed narratives and stories that we have to act a certain way, think a certain way and follow along in a certain way.

As I deepen into my own body and the body of nature, I am seeing and sensing that I know exactly what I am doing!!

Just like the plants and the trees know how to grow and reach for the light and take all sorts of forms as they make their way through their own birth and death process, so too do I know what I'm doing as I take on many forms on my own journey. (Plants and Humans do thrive in certain conditions designed for optimal growth but that is a whole other rabbit hole we can go down)
My body knows exactly what it is doing and there is an intelligence there unique to me and this time on the planet.

It's the growing capacity to hold all that moves through me in this ever growing trust, that has me lighting up right now.

As I witness, be with, feel, listen deeply and respond to my own unique lived experience, I show up in whichever way feels true for me in the moment, and I trust in whatever is ever unfolding. Although uncomfortable at times life and my internal world can be, I'm anchored into trust.

I do not need to fix myself, or be anything other than my authentic expression at each moment.

There is no right way, this way or that way, should be or shouldn't be, or protocol of going about one's unique life. It's a felt sense that helps us navigate and when we remember how to listen and feel our innate body wisdom is heard. There is a relationship happening.

We all have a unique nervous system, perspectives, stories and experiences that shape who we are in this body.

I am loving being in my body and discovering I have choice and agency around how I respond to my life. I can be exactly how I want and need to be, and have compassion and love for myself along the way.

There is a meeting the world and others from this felt sense in my body. I can allow the world and others to be exactly as they are and trust in the unfolding, the unique and natural process of each individual, the collective and the body of nature and the cosmos.

I trust in nature and we are nature. Nature is abundant, beautiful, thriving, connected and I believe in the goodness and heart of that.

I am very passionate about creating holdings to deepen into body wisdom and when I say body I mean the individual body, the collective body and the body of nature. These are the threads threads that connect us.

I love to see us shine in our authentic expression together. I love to see us connect, accept each other's differences, honour each other's paths, love and grow together.

Hello Beautiful Humans

My name is Amy and I offer a supportive space in Pomona, particularly for Women who are reclaiming their empowered self!!!

Through holistic counselling, somatic therapy, massage therapy, art therapy, sound, breath and movement therapy, I invite you into presence as we follow what is arriving in the NOW moment.

You might be navigating some challenges, whether physically, emotionally, mentally, or you may be simply in need of some nurturing and a place to soften, receive, express and be guided towards your own body's wisdom.

Sometimes we can navigate things on our own and sometimes we need another human to be our witness, to hold us in loving and neutral presence, to help reflect and guide us towards deeper awareness and autonomy.

In these offerings my intention is connected to relational healing, deepening into the relationship with self, other and the NATURE of all things.

We are consciously and constantly integrating throughout our life, all parts back into the wholeness and magnificents of who we already are, who we were born to be. We are reclaiming our autonomy, our power, self compassion, our bodies natural intelligence, our creativity and our unique authentic expression.

We were NOT born to be suppressed, controlled, self loathing, programmed to live in fear, shame, confusion, self doubt, disconnection from self, others and nature. Most of us have experienced these sorts of things being human and it's a journey to unlearn and remember our true nature and our empowered selves.

We are creating lives and a world rooted in love, compassion, connection and abundance as well as growing our capacity to be with the more challenging aspects of life and I'm here to offer my part in that remembrance, and healing.

I have plenty of availability this week for my 90min full body massage journey. My intention with these sessions is to provide a space for you to slow down and receive.

In this holding, your body has the opportunity for physical and emotional healing, your mind can open to deeper insights and creative expression as the brain moves from the active beta state into the meditative theta brain wave. There is a presence inviting you in for deeper listening, feeling and experiencing.

Something beautiful happens when we allow ourselves the time to rest, relax, enter this theta state and receive the nourishment and still point our bodymind needs.

With 20yrs massage experience I absolutely love to be present with these sessions and the human I have the honour to work with. I am also a somatic and art therapist, yoga and movement guide.

What a privilege to immerse myself in this four day 20 hr Wuo Tai Osteo Dance training. This was a taster into this beautiful art and I look forward to continuing with further training.

In Wuo Tai we come into presence together without an agenda to receive the dance. To turn our back on all we know because what we don't know is much greater than what we know. Each gesture invites us into deeper connection to our body, to the greater field as our fascia gently unwinds. So much more happens in this space beyond words and doesn't need to be intellectualised, only felt.

We learnt a sequence that I am keen to practice and embody. If anyone is keen to receive, I am offering a free 1.5 hr combo Wuo Tai session + crystal bowl and voice integration to anyone who books in with me for a 90min full body massage - $150
