The world is quick to label women as dramatic, difficult, emotional or angry when we stop coping the way everyone expects us to or pushes back against the bu****it.

But what if nothing is wrong with us?

What if our nervous system is simply done pretending it’s okay and our preparedness to tolerate the same old s**t no longer exists.

Perhaps this isn’t a breakdown. Perhaps it’s the beginning of the season of honesty and boundaries.
