Spring is here! Come join us for a relaxed community walk.

Bring the whole family — all ages and all paces welcome. We’ll start with a gentle warm-up led by Meagan Kerr, then wander, chat, and soak up the sunshine together. Afterwards, treat yourself to a coffee.

All abilities welcome.

☕ Little Point Cafe is doing a coffee + muffin deal for $10, just for us!

Options are Muffin choices:

Travelling with scoliosis or hypermobility? Don’t let your routine take a holiday too. ✈️

Long-haul flights, new beds, hours of sitting, disrupted sleep — travel throws a lot at a body that’s already working hard to stay stable and supported. For spines managing scoliosis, and joints managing hypermobility, consistency isn’t a “nice to have” — it’s what keeps you moving well, not just when you’re home, but everywhere you go.

A few minutes of mindful movement each day (even from a hotel room or an airport lounge) can be the difference between arriving sore and stiff, or arriving ready to actually enjoy your trip.

Two spinal surgeries. Countless challenges. And now — back to triathlon, including Ironman.

Through movement in all planes, across every level of the spine and joint structure, and with targeted patterns designed to bring balance… the transformation is real.

Today’s session: 45 minutes of structured plus focused strength and conditioning on the nohrd cable machine.

The journey …..

A way bigger job than we expected, and definitely was a team effort. Many tears shed, lots of muscle, lots of prayer, lots of grit and determination, lots of phone calls and not giving up when it got tough or we had to jump through more hoops.

Big shoutout to all my family, friends, and wider community for their support through the past 12 months. What was a plan last year has become a reality.

From a big open space to a uniquely designed clinic to suit our communities future needs.
