📣 Support Worker Availability – Port Macquarie

Uplift Disability Services currently has capacity available for new participants in the Port Macquarie region.

Our team provides reliable, person-centred supports focused on helping participants build confidence, independence, and strong community connections.

While we support participants of all ages and needs, our staff have strong experience supporting individuals with:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (Levels 1–3)
• ADHD
• Psychosocial disabilities
• Anxiety and depression
• Complex behaviours and support needs

Supports we regularly provide include:
✔ Community participation
✔ Daily living support
✔ Skill building and independence
✔ Structured activities and routines
