Hello my Green Flame Warriors and beautiful souls ✨💚

Wowzers… what a week! 😳😂

Two quizzes done ✅
Practice exam done ✅
Mid-trimester exam DONE ✅🙌

Studying a Bachelor of Science is certainly keeping me on my toes, and there are definitely moments where I wonder what on earth I’ve gotten myself into 😂 But I’m loving everything I’m learning along the way.

There’s still plenty more ahead 🤔 assessments, reports, workbooks and another lockdown exam ✨but for tonight, I’m celebrating getting another big one ticked off. ✨

Sometimes we get so caught up looking at everything we still have to do that we forget to stop and acknowledge how far we’ve already come.

So tonight I’m doing exactly that. 💚

Hello beautiful souls! 💚✨

It’s been a little while since I’ve shared a post. Life has been wonderfully busy as I’ve been juggling family, clients, work and my Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) studies. It’s been such an exciting journey, and I can’t wait to share more with you all along the way.

✨ One of the most rewarding parts of what I do… ✨💚

Today I had a follow-up call with a beautiful client, and hearing the excitement in her voice absolutely made my day.

After making some simple changes and really tuning in to her body, she’s already noticing such a positive difference and it’s only been a week. She shared that her brain fog has lifted, her energy has improved, and she finally feels like herself again.

What made me smile the most wasn’t just hearing how much better she feels, it was hearing how empowered she has become. She’s researching, asking questions, listening to her body, and taking an active role in her own health. That is exactly what I hope for every beautiful soul I work with.

Our bodies have an incredible ability to heal and rebalance when we begin supporting them with the right foundations. Every journey is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach, but seeing someone regain hope and confidence is truly priceless.

Moments like these remind me why I love what I do. 💚✨
