🌊Energetically..we release our unwanted emotions to the waters. Their job is to cleanse and clear these emotions.

As we say goodbye to 2025 and welcome in the new year of 2026, it is a good time to reflect on the past year.
What has 2025 meant to you…has anything stood out?

To me, it has been a year of many emotions..
💙 grief and sadness
💛 fear
🩵 uncertainty
🤍 anxiety
🧡 anger
💚 gratitude
❤️ love

💫With all that has happened, the knowledge that life is so precious, and can disappear in a heartbeat, has really hit home for me.

💫 Another reflection is about personal strength. You never know what burden you can carry until you have to.

💫 The one reflection that I knew, and has been reinforced again and again this past year, is the importance of family.

💫 So for me, 2025 has been a hard year…but there has also been love and gratitude for all I have in my life. It has been important to focus on what I have..not what I have lost.

💫 As I step into 2026…I’m chosing to carry forward grace, love and gratitude for all I have. To be thankful for the future I have.

Yes…without hope…what do we really have??

Life sends us lots of challenges..some are personal..some are work related..some just are!!

Without hope…we have nothing..we need to believe to receive..

We need to believe in the belief that .we can do.we can believe.we are as we are...we are greater than we believe.we are stronger than we think

Keep hope alive,
