• Around 160,000 people may lose NDIS access by 2030• Participant numbers could drop from ~760,000 to ~600,000• Annual funding growth will be capped at ~2%• Eligibility is shifting from diagnosis-based → functional capacity

• People with lower support needs may no longer qualify• Some existing participants could be reassessed and removed• Funding for supports (like social/community activities) may be reduced
