🌻This work is held by community.🌻

Every workshop, morning tea, and recovery-focused space is made possible by people who believe women rebuilding after domestic and family violence deserve warmth, dignity, and support.

✨Sometimes that support looks like attending.

✨Sometimes it looks like sharing a post.

✨Sometimes it looks like telling a workplace, committee, business owner, or community group about the work.

As EOFY approaches, Miracle Mums Movement is welcoming tax-deductible donations to help fund free workshops and supportive spaces for women in the recovery and rebuilding phase.

Donations over $2 are tax-deductible.
Your support helps create survivor-led spaces where lived experience is not pushed to the side, but recognised as part of the conversation and part of the solution.

If your workplace or organisation is looking to move funds before the end of the financial year, this is one meaningful way to support community-focused, recovery-oriented work.

Please share this with your workplace, business network, or anyone looking to make a meaningful EOFY contribution.

This movement grows through community.💛

🌿Something steady is coming in August.🌿

Miracle Mums Movement will be opening a 6-Week Wellbeing Series for women rebuilding after domestic and family violence.

This series will gently explore themes that support recovery, confidence, self-awareness, nervous system steadiness, and practical wellbeing over time.

Across the six weeks, topics will include grounding, values, visualisation, positive self-talk, joy, acceptance, habits, learning, goal setting, movement, reflection, and celebration.

This is not about rushing change or becoming a “new you.”

It is about reconnecting with yourself.

✨The woman who existed before survival mode took hold.

✨The woman beneath the roles, the pressure, the self-doubt, and the version of you that had to keep going.

It is about creating a supportive rhythm where women can reflect, reconnect, and take small meaningful steps with peer support around them.💛

🌻More details will be shared soon.

🌻Wellbeing is not a luxury after survival.🌻

For women rebuilding after domestic and family violence, wellbeing can mean many things.

✨Feeling safe enough to rest.

✨Learning what steadies you.

✨Remembering what brings joy.

✨Noticing what is within your control.

✨Finding small habits that support your days.

✨Reconnecting with your body, your values, your voice, and your sense of possibility.

Because rebuilding is not just about what happened.

It can also be about slowly remembering who you are underneath survival mode.

🌿What matters to you.

🌿What feels safe.

🌿What feels true.

🌿What helps you feel more like yourself again.

It does not have to look polished.

It does not have to be impressive.

Sometimes wellbeing starts with feeling safe enough to notice yourself again.

At Miracle Mums Movement, our workshops and gatherings are created around this kind of rebuilding: gentle, practical, peer-led, nervous-system aware, and grounded in real life.🌻

Save this if wellbeing has felt hard to define lately.💛

🌿Small habits can become steady ground.🌿

Our next Miracle Mums Movement Morning Tea will explore Embedding New Habits; not as pressure to become a new person overnight, but as a gentle way to support wellbeing, confidence, self-trust, and nervous system steadiness over time.

For women rebuilding after domestic and family violence, new habits may need to feel realistic.

Small enough to begin,
flexible enough for real life,
and kind enough not to become another reason to feel like you are failing.

This session will offer space for reflection, connection, and practical tools to explore what supportive habits might look like for you.

You do not need to share anything personal.

You are welcome to listen, reflect, or participate in whatever way feels comfortable.

Domestic and family violence does not only include physical violence.

Sometimes it looks like being made to doubt your memory.

Being told you are “too sensitive.”

Being guilted out of seeing friends or family.

Having your spending monitored.

Being mocked, then told it was “just a joke.”

Being punished with silence.

Being made to feel like no one would believe you.

These things can slowly change the way you see yourself.

Your confidence.

Your choices.

Your inner voice.

Your sense of what is normal.

Your belief that you are allowed to take up space.

If part of you has ever wondered “was it really that bad?”, you are not alone.

Many women minimise what happened because coercive control often teaches them to minimise themselves.

🌻At Miracle Mums Movement, we support women in the recovery and rebuilding phase after domestic and family violence. 🌻

You do not need to prove your story belongs before you are welcomed.

You do not need to share anything personal.

You do not need to justify why you came.

You are allowed to arrive gently.

Save this if you needed the reminder, or share it quietly with your network.💛

✨A gentle question for anyone rebuilding:

What small habit would feel supportive right now?

It might be:

🌿 drinking more water

🌿 walking for five minutes

🌿 writing one sentence

🌿 stepping outside in the morning

🌿 pausing before saying yes

🌿 putting one thing back where it belongs

🌿 speaking to yourself with less blame

You do not need to explain.

A single word is enough.

Our upcoming July Miracle Morning Tea will explore embedding new habits — not as pressure, but as small, practical ways to support wellbeing and self-trust over time.

Comment with one word, or keep it privately if that feels better.🌻

✨EOFY giving can help create spaces where women feel safe to rebuild.✨

As the financial year comes to a close, we are inviting purpose-led businesses, organisations, workplaces, and community members to consider supporting Miracle Mums Movement.

Your tax-deductible donation helps fund our free workshops and recovery-focused spaces for women who have experienced domestic and family violence.

These spaces matter because rebuilding takes more than information.

🌻 It can take warmth.

🌻Connection.

🌻Peer support.

🌻Practical tools.

🌻Nervous system safety.

🌻A room where women can arrive gently.

🌻A place where they do not have to explain everything before they are welcomed.

Your support helps women access trauma-informed workshops where they can rebuild confidence, reconnect with themselves, strengthen self-trust, and take small meaningful steps forward in community.

There is no pressure for women to disclose or share anything personal in our spaces. They are always welcome to listen, reflect, or participate in ways that feel comfortable.

Donations over $2 are tax-deductible.

If your workplace, business, or organisation is looking for a meaningful way to give before EOFY, we would be grateful for your support.

If this feels aligned, please consider donating or sharing this with your workplace or network.💛

✨New habits do not have to begin with a life overhaul.✨

Especially when you are rebuilding after domestic and family violence.

Sometimes, the idea of “starting fresh” can feel too big.

Too much pressure.

Too many changes.

Too many expectations.

Too much pretending that life is suddenly simple.

But a habit can be small and still matter.

🌿A glass of water before coffee

🌿A five-minute walk

🌿Writing one sentence

🌿Putting your keys in the same place

🌿Taking one breath before answering a message

🌿Choosing one kinder phrase when the old voice gets loud

At Miracle Mums Movement, we believe small, repeatable steps can support confidence, self-trust, nervous system steadiness, and wellbeing without turning healing into a performance.

🌻A habit does not need to be impressive to matter, it just needs to feel supportive enough to return to.🌻

Save this if you needed permission to start smaller.💛

🌻A small Monday check-in:🌻

What is one kind word you are choosing gently this week?

It might be:

🌿steady

🌿rest

🌿soften

🌿enough

🌿breathe

🌿listen

🌿begin

🌿pause

🌿hope

You do not need to explain it.

One word is enough.

And if no word comes easily today, that is okay too.

Sometimes the kindest thing is not forcing an answer.

✨Leave one word below, or simply keep it with you.✨

🌻Affirmations do not have to sound perfect.🌻

They do not need to be big, bright, or polished.

Sometimes the most supportive words are the ones that feel believable enough to hold onto.

Not: "everything is fine."
Maybe: "I can take the next small step."

Not: "I am completely confident."
Maybe: "I am learning to trust myself again."

Not: "I am healed."
Maybe: "I am allowed to go gently."

A helpful affirmation should not pressure you to pretend.

It should feel like a handrail.

Something steady.

Something kind.

Something you can come back to when the old words feel loud.

✨Which line would you keep close today?✨
