Helene knows where it’s at 💁‍♀️ she loves coming for her regular Ayurvedic treatments in the massage room.

She first booked in for an Abhyanga massage for her shoulder and neck pain. With a persistent dry cough during Autumn and Winter, she found great relief from the herbal bolus massages during this time. She was coughing less during the night which meant better sleep 🙌

Angela was experiencing pain in her right shoulder after straining it at the gym. She booked the Herbal Bolus Massage (my personal favourite!) as she was looking for a treatment that would decrease the inflammation in the joint and improve her overall wellbeing.

If you’re a new client, I always ensure you have an in depth conversation to go over your intake form while enjoying a herbal tea. Then explaining your massage ensures that you feel comfortable as the session is about to begin. The breath work and Indian Head Massage at the start of your treatment settles your mind and body. Your massage is enjoyed in a quiet space with music playing, allowing you to enjoy this time to relax and unwind. The full body massage approach to my massages is focused to treat your body as a whole, not just where your pain is presenting.

Holidays have started and I’m very excited for a family getaway!

Looking forward to enjoying sunrises and relaxing by the river. And a herbal bolus massage with is booked in while I’m in Renmark 💆‍♀️
