Lately in clinic, I’m noticing a shift.

Women are less willing to tolerate what drains them.

They want steadier energy.
Better sleep.
Calmer nervous systems.
Cycles that feel predictable instead of reactive.

But more than anything, they’re asking different questions.

Not “How do I get rid of this quickly?”

But
“What is my body trying to tell me?”
“Why is this happening?”
“How do I actually support it?”

That shift matters.

Because when women begin to understand their bodies instead of overriding them, real change becomes possible.

This is the work I feel deeply grateful to support.
