✨ 30 Human Design Sessions | $50 each ✨

I’m opening up 5 Human Design sessions each week, for a total of just 30 sessions.

These sessions are normally valued at $350, but for these 30 women, I’m offering them for $50 each.

Why?

Because I want more women to experience Human Design for themselves — particularly the women who have spent years wondering why they think, feel, work or move through life differently to everyone around them.

Maybe you’ve always felt like you’re a lot.

You have a million ideas, but struggle to know which ones to follow.

You can be incredibly motivated one minute and completely overwhelmed the next.

You’ve become very good at adapting to what everyone else needs from you, but somewhere along the way it became harder to work out what you actually need.

Or maybe you’re simply curious about yourself and want to understand why you do the things you do.

That’s where Human Design can be really interesting.

So, what actually is Human Design?

Human Design is a system of self-understanding that uses your birth date, birth time and birth location to create your individual bodygraph.

It gives us a different way of looking at how your energy naturally works, how you make decisions, how you interact with the world around you and where you may have picked up patterns or expectations that aren’t necessarily yours.

For me, Human Design isn’t about giving you another label or telling you who you should be.

It’s about giving you information about you — and letting you decide what resonates.

🌿 What happens in your session?

We’ll start with a Discovery Call of up to 45 minutes.

This gives me the opportunity to actually get to know you — what’s happening in your life, what you’re struggling with, what you’re curious about and what you would really like to understand about yourself.

From there, we can explore your Human Design in a way that is relevant to your actual life, rather than me simply reading information from a chart.

There are only 5 sessions available each week, and once I’ve worked with 30 women, this $50 offer will close.

Investment: $50
Usual value: $350
30 places only | 5 available each week

If this has made you a little curious, send me a message with HUMAN DESIGN and we can have a chat. ✨

I’m opening up 5 NLP sessions a week 🤍

Starting Monday 17th August for 6 weeks only!

One of the biggest things I’ve learned through NLP is just how much of what we do happens automatically.

The overthinking.
The second guessing.
Knowing what you want to do, but not doing it.
Starting ALL the things and finishing none of them. 😂
Feeling overwhelmed because your brain has 47 tabs open at once.
Repeating patterns even when you KNOW they’re not helping you.

Sometimes we know exactly what we’re doing.

We just don’t know why we keep doing it.

That’s where NLP can be really interesting.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) looks at the connection between our thoughts, language, emotions and behaviours — and the patterns we’ve learned along the way.

It gives us different tools and processes to explore those patterns and help create change where something is no longer working for us.

And there isn’t one process that I use for everyone.

We start with a Discovery Session of up to 90 minutes, where I get to know you, what’s happening now, what you want instead and what might be getting in the way.

From there, I work out which NLP tools may be most appropriate for YOU.

I’m opening 5 places per week, capped at 30 sessions in total, while I continue putting everything I’ve learned into practice and building my experience.

Normally valued at $350, these sessions are only $50.

Yep. $50. 😂

Because right now, the experience is incredibly valuable to me too.

So if you’re reading this thinking…

Ummm… some of that sounds suspiciously like me. 👀

Maybe this is one of those things worth responding to. 🤍

Send me a message and we can have a chat.

10/08/2026

In a past life, I was a beauty therapist, hairdresser, makeup artist, nail tech, lash technician, sugarist, thread tech and dermal therapist.

So… a LOT of qualifications over 22 years. 😂

And a LOT of knowledge gained through formal education, but more importantly, through actually implementing and experiencing it.

It took me a really long time to realise that all of those modalities were simply the tools I used to get to the result.

The result was never just about enhancing how she looked.

It was about the power of feeling better about herself.

Even if it was only for a short moment, it was still a moment where she felt better about herself.

And there was something else I didn’t realise I was learning at the time.

When the experience finished with an exchange of money, it closed the loop on a positive energy exchange.

She was happy with her results, and I was happy that my time, knowledge and experience were appreciated.

By the time I had to close my business due to illness, I had created a holistic skin clinic.

I hadn’t necessarily set out to create it that way. It happened organically.

I had unintentionally incorporated a holistic approach into the way I worked with my clients and their skin concerns.

I learned that the results weren’t about having ONE modality.

They came from having the knowledge and experience to know what to use, when to use it, and how to bring everything together.

That was the magic.

Since closing my skin clinic due to a spider bite on the breast, my life has completely blown upside down, sideways and every other direction you could possibly imagine.

😂

Honestly, it has been one of the most difficult and darkest times of my life.

But it has also been one of the most enlightening and empowering experiences of my life.

I have learned SO much.

I’ve done SO many courses.

And yet… I don’t feel done.

It’s like I have this blurry vision of how I see everything coming together.

Like I’m watching an old reel of film with that beautiful sepia colouring.

I can see the images.

I know there’s something there.

But it’s blurry.

And every time a new modality comes into my life that feels good and feels right, the picture becomes a little brighter.

A little clearer.

Finishing my Masters in NLP has had a HUGE impact on me and, honestly, made me respond to things in a really strange way.

It gave me so much clarity and cleared away so much negative conditioning.

But the strange part about change is that sometimes you feel it instantly.

Other times, you don’t feel anything at all.

Until you do.

And sometimes you don’t even realise you’ve changed until something happens that would have previously triggered a response… and suddenly there’s no response.

That’s when you realise just how much has actually shifted.

So I’ve been sitting with my new feelings, thoughts and behaviours.

Which is why I’ve been MIA for a minute.

My vision has improved dramatically, but it’s still blurry.

And I know, in my gut, that there are still learnings coming my way.

Through experimenting with my own Human Design, I’ve also become much more confident in trusting my heart AND my gut.

I’m learning to trust that when a course, modality or opportunity feels right, it’s probably the right thing for me to explore NOW.

Even if I have absolutely no idea why.

And here’s my dilemma…

I also have this wisdom and this itch to start implementing the tools I’ve already learned.

Individually.

Experimenting.

Experiencing.

Learning.

Because maybe by the time my bigger vision finally comes into focus, I’ll have mastered all of these different tools and everything will just…

CLICK.

Just like it did with my skin clinic.

Looking back, I can see that my vision for that business was exactly the same.

I was never content with what I had.

I always wanted more.

Not because what I had wasn’t good enough.

But because it didn’t feel complete.

Something was always missing.

It took 22 years for that vision to come into focus.

And then one little spider bite on my Tata…

Or, as I like to think of it, one MASSIVE divine intervention…

catapulted me in a direction I never thought was possible.

And yet somehow feels so familiar.

So right.

I’m no longer forcing things to come my way.

I’m responding to the things that make me feel good.

And that brings me to where I am now.

Because my bigger vision is still coming together, it has meant that launching my business has been delayed.

And I’m going to be really honest here…

I haven’t had an income for over 3.5 years.

So while I’m allowing my bigger vision to unfold, I also need to create something that feels aligned with where I am NOW.

I’ve decided to start offering different services based on the things I’ve been studying, learning and becoming qualified in.

Not because I’ve suddenly figured out the entire picture.

But because I’m ready to start using the tools I already have.

I’ll create a separate post with all the information about each service — what it can help with, what’s included, what to expect, and everything else you’ll need to know.

These offers will be intentionally capped at 5 people per week, per service, with a combined maximum of 30 sessions.

They are going to be insanely discounted while I continue building my experience, refining my tools and bringing everything together.

And I want to be really clear about something…

These sessions take me multiple hours to prepare for and complete.

I’m also studying.

I have a life outside of my studies and business.

And I’m learning that I don’t want to build another life where I have to sacrifice myself to make everything happen.

I want balance.

I want space.

I want to learn.

I want to experiment.

I want to help people.

And I want to let the bigger picture reveal itself in its own time.

Maybe the vision doesn’t need to be crystal clear before I start walking towards it.

Maybe I just need to be able to see the next step. 🤍

Three and a half years ago, if you’d told me I’d be here doing this work, I would’ve laughed.

It certainly wasn’t part of the plan.

If I’m completely honest…

I could pretend I’ve always known this was my calling.

That I’ve spent years building this business behind the scenes.

But that would be a porky pie.

And that’s just not me.

This business wasn’t built from a marketing strategy.

It was built from my life.

From everything I’ve lived through.

The health scares.

The burnout.

The grief.

The moments I genuinely didn’t know who I was anymore.

And all the learning that came afterwards.

Some of it came through professional training.

Some of it came through the school of hard knocks.

Every course I studied…

Every book I read…

Every lesson I learned…

Started with one question.

“Can this help me?”

Then slowly, that question became…

“Could this help someone else too?”

That’s why Lady A Alchemy exists.

Not because I have all the answers.

But because I’ve walked a path I never expected to walk, and if sharing what I’ve learned helps another woman feel a little less lost, then every step has been worth it.

This is just the beginning, and I’m so glad you’re here.

With love,

Lady A 🤍

28/06/2026

I'm a 1/3 Generator, with a Sacral Authority and a responding strategy.

Discovering those things about myself changed everything.

My 1/3 profile explained why I'm addicted to learning, why I know random facts, and why I have to experience things firsthand before I decide on something. It wasn't because I was stupid and needed more knowledge.

It wasn't because I'm stubborn and can't just take someone's word for things.

I was DESIGNED this way. I'm the investigator and the experimenter who shares knowledge and experiences with the world.

Which gave me permission to accept myself and for the first time in my life, understand why I am the way I am.

Being a Generator means I'm supposed to do the things that light me up and not feel guilty about them. When I do things that bring me joy, I light up and that energy energises the people around me.

I wasn't difficult, lazy or selfish for wanting to do things that brought me joy.

Having Sacral Authority means my body knows the correct answers for me.

I feel it in my gut and in the sounds my body makes when I'm making decisions or asked questions.

The best questions for me are yes or no questions.

Perfect example: "What do you feel like eating tonight?" - I don't know. But ask me "Do you want pizza or fish and chips?" and I know instantly if it's a yes or no.

I can make decisions on the spot and when I go against those gut feelings, it usually doesn't end well.

My "Responding" strategy means I shouldn't go looking for things. The things I'm supposed to do will come to me naturally and organically.

When I go searching and forcing things, I'm blocking the good things that are meant for me.

Looking back, all the things that came naturally ended up with positive results.

But when I went looking because I thought that's what I was supposed to be doing? Heartache.

With that deeper understanding of myself, I was able to press the "f*ck it" button.

The confidence and self-acceptance finally shone through.

What's one thing about yourself that you've always felt you had to apologise for or change - but maybe it's actually just how you're designed?

26/06/2026

After my diagnosis, I got bitten on the breast by a whitetail spider.
I got so sick that I had to close my award-winning business of 16 years.

A career I had spent 22 years perfecting my behaviour in.

It was my safe space. A place I had built my whole identity around.

But I was beyond sick. Beyond fatigued. Completely and utterly burned out.

My cup wasn't just empty - it was bone dry. I had nothing to give myself, let alone anyone else.

I had heard of burnout and adrenal fatigue but didn't think that was me.

Even though I was miserable by this point, I thought - that's who I am. What else can I do?
I'm not going to sugar coat it.

It was the darkest time in my life and I was scared.

But out of that darkness came light.

A friend shared a course with me that included all the things I had been interested in since I was a child - but too scared to let people know about out of fear of judgment.

That course helped me heal parts of my soul I thought were broken forever. It opened the door to self-love and acceptance.

But at the same time, I questioned who I was even more.

Once I took away the diagnosis, the trauma, the masking and the mirroring - there was only me left.

But who am I without all of those things?
Even though I was in such a better place physically and mentally, that question still remained.

Who the bloody hell am I?

That's when I discovered Human Design. And that's where the magic really began.

Have you ever had a moment where everything fell apart and it turned out to be the beginning of something better?

23/06/2026

The biggest shift in my healing journey happened when I stopped asking:

“What’s wrong with me?”

And started asking:

“Who am I?”

For most of my life I was focused on fixing myself.

Fix my focus.

Fix my emotions.

Fix my reactions.

Fix my habits.

Fix my brain.

Fix my personality.

Fix whatever it was that made me different.

But what if there was nothing to fix?

What if I’d spent decades trying to force myself into a mould I was never designed to fit into?

That question changed everything.

Because if I’m not broken…

If I’m not lazy…

If I’m not too much…

If I’m not not enough…

Then who am I really?

I didn’t realise it at the time, but that question would end up sending me down a path that completely changed my life.

Have you ever reached a point where you stopped trying to fix yourself and started trying to understand yourself instead?

23/06/2026

I think one of the reasons so many women get diagnosed later in life is because we learned how to be “good girls.”
We weren’t necessarily disruptive.
We weren’t getting sent to the principal’s office.
We weren’t climbing the walls.
We were quietly struggling.

For me, being the good girl meant becoming who I thought everyone else needed me to be.

It meant saying yes when I wanted to say no.

Working harder to make up for what I thought I was missing.

Trying not to inconvenience anyone.
Trying not to be too much.
Trying not to be difficult.
Trying not to be different.
Trying not to cry. Trying not to lose your s**t.

The issue is, that when you spend years becoming who you think everyone else needs you to be, you slowly lose vision of who you are.

And eventually you wake up one day wondering why you’re exhausted.
Not because you’ve been doing too much, which you probably are. 🤪

But because you’ve also been carrying someone else’s version of yourself for far too long.

Can anyone else relate to being the “good girl” who looked like she had it together but was struggling behind closed doors?

19/06/2026

Mirroring…

I didn't have a name for it back then. I just thought it was another embarrassing personality fault.

One of many I thought I had.

I was at the beginning of my beauty traineeship, doing a waxing treatment on a client, she was Scottish.

As we were chatting away, I answered her 'oh I know' in her exact accent.😳🤦‍♀️

To say I was mortified is an understatement and then I couldn't stop myself. 😭

I do it with body language too, but there's something about an accent that triggers some part of my brain.

I'm completely aware I'm doing it but I can't stop.

As the words and movements come out, my brain is screaming - stop it. What are you doing. What's wrong with you. Shut up. Walk away.

I spent years thinking something was broken in me.

Has anyone else ever done this?

Accidentally mirrored someone's accent, their mannerisms, their energy and then spent the rest of the day cringing about it?" 😳🤪

16/06/2026

Up until my diagnosis, I had never heard the term masking before.

I recognised the behaviour but not the name.

I thought the reason I did it was a side effect of my upbringing.
But it was so much deeper than being hypervigilant and hyper-aware of my surroundings.

My entire life I felt like I was wearing a mask, depending on who I was around at the time.

Only my immediate family and closest friends would see most of me. And if I'm totally honest, the only person who has seen all sides of me is my husband.

But even that has been a 19-year journey to get to where we are now.

Up until around 3 years ago, I would lay in bed going over every single conversation I had with everyone I interacted with that day.

Did I say the right thing?
Did they understand what I meant?
Is there any other way my actions could be taken?
I always focused on the negative possibilities instead of the potential positives.
And let me tell you something, it was bloody exhausting.

Does anyone else do this?
Do you still do it now?

Feel free to dm me, if you feel more comfortable talking to me in private.
