Guidance for anyone dealing with a wounded adult .

⭐️WHEN ADULTS BEHAVE BADLY…⭐️

Sometimes, when an adult reacts with explosive anger, rage, blame or an emotional outburst, it can be the wounded inner child having the tantrum.

A balanced adult learns to pause, communicate, take responsibility and regulate their emotions.

But an unhealed inner child may still react from old wounds — feeling rejected, unheard, abandoned, disrespected or unsafe.

Age makes us adults.
Healing helps us become emotionally mature adults.

When something triggers a huge reaction, ask yourself:

“Is this the adult me responding…
or is this an old wound asking to be healed?”

Awareness is where healing begins. 💙

If nothing changes nothing changes

Own your stuff
Begin the healing journey
It will be worth the pain
Let that s**t go and grow into the Devine essence of your soul
