Teaching how to meal prep and exercise correctly in the gym is very important for their health and independence. Meal prep helps them choose better foods, keep energy up, and manage their diet more easily. Learning the right way to work out keeps them safe, builds strength, improves movement, and lowers the chance of injury. These skills help them feel more confident and take better care of themselves every day.
