As there was so much uncertainty last year we didn’t make much of a plan for our event.
Everything always unfolds as it’s ment too!
I have been working on evolving my soul to be of more service to you all.

Aim is to help a retreat towards the end of the year.

Self love, this is a concept that many of us don't really seem to really get or understand.
What is self love?
How does one love themselves?
What is the difference between self and ego?

All amazing questions and concepts, what I have learnt to be true is that self love comes from deep within, it's all about Deep appreciation and acceptance of self.
To truly love, value and understand the self from the truest form of who you are... you are not your physical form or even the instant chatter that you hear in your mind.
Self is beyond that element, when you can be with self, and not listen to the chatter of the mind... when you connect your your oneness in this space this is the truest version of your soul, your soul self, the aspect of self that is here for a mission in life, the souls purpose.

When we can connect with this element of self with deep appreciation and acceptance Is where the real love lies.

To know your the value and gifts you hold for the world, and where you radiate with true expression of self, to find your calling and accept that for all that is, to show up each day in this power.

It is powerful and beautiful and this is when our soul family find us and we only allow what's inline for to enter into our space.

TESTIMONIAL: Today I was totally blown away by a call from a new client I had worked with over the weekend. Her call truly left me so humbled and grateful for the work I do, the work I am so blessed to do. “I wanted to say a few words for this amazing woman Angela Sciberras. I cannot express the gratitude I have towards her and the work in kinesiology Angela does.

I have a long emotional history which I thought I dealt with until recently. My good friend recommended I see Angela from her own positive experience. The day I made the call to Angela really changed me forever in such a positive way.

My appointment was a few hours long with me expressing all my feelings and self doubts about my life. Angela listened and talked to me with so much kindness and understanding.
I can’t really explain how she does her magic but by the end of our session I felt an immediate shift in me.

When I sat in my car for my drive home I felt like I wasn’t emotionally broken anymore.
My mindset had completely changed.
My thoughts would often take me to question people’s actions towards me which bought so much sadness.
After my session with Angela it was like my thoughts had completely disregarded all that negative energy and I just wanted to think about the positive parts of my life.

It’s so hard to explain ....... all I can say is how thankful, grateful and honoured to have this amazing woman in my life now. I’m so excited to see where this journey takes me to rebuild my emotional and mental well-being.

All the years in counselling has never been successful like my 2 hours with Angela and her kinesiology.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 is the ability to be aware of and constructively handle both positive and challenging . There are three steps to state management:

1. “𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗺 𝗜 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄?” - Awareness of the state that you’re in. Catching yourself in the moment when maybe your heart rate is going up and your heart’s beating really fast, maybe your breathing is becoming shallow. In that moment, ask yourself “what’s going on.” #𝘼𝙒𝘼𝙍𝙀𝙉𝙀𝙎𝙎 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙤𝙛 𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚.

2. “𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝗻?” - What state is best for you to best handle situations in the best possible way. If you’re finding yourself in a state of anxiety when you really need to be productive or creative…... 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪.

3. "𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲" - We call that state elicitation. The way we elicit a state is really simple, once you’ve chosen a state remember a specific time that you had that specific feeling or state. If you can remember that state then step into it as though its happening now! Associate fully with that experience.

Tonight at approximately 11pm we will see Jupiter and Saturn in conjunction. This incredible event where the planets align hasn’t happened for 800 years.
Jupiter is the planet of expansion and abundance, and Saturn is the planet of restriction and boundaries. The effect of this conjunction will see us finding balance, especially around our big goals and desires. It may even arouse some hard truths but in a positive light to move forward.
The Jupiter Saturn Conjunction will take place in Aquarius, making this a favourable time for humanitarian and social balance and positive change. We can look forward to a more peaceful influence.
Hope you all enjoy the powerful energy in the air tonight. Tonight is the night to let go of what doesn’t work for you, and invite in what does. It’s a great time to do something that makes you happy. This planetary influence will support you to do it in a balanced and joyous way. Happy 2020 Great Conjuction Everybody! ❤️
