Over the weekend, our chiropractors Robbie, Irma and Dylan attended the Integrative Practice Summit on the Gold Coast. 🩵

The summit brought together healthcare professionals from a range of disciplines to discuss current research, clinical perspectives and approaches relating to long-term health, recovery and physical function.

We love learning more about evolving healthcare approaches and current research as part of our commitment to supporting our patients’ health! 😁

Meet Tarja | Chiropractic Assistant! 💫

Tarja joined the First Choice Chiropractic team in 2024 after already having a connection to Chiropractic as a patient at our North Lakes clinic. Today, she supports patients across both our Chermside and Toowong clinics.

Outside the clinic, Tarja loves concerts (11 since 2024! 🎶), colourful nails, cinema nights and spending time with her two American Staffordshire Terriers, Luna & Khaos. 🐾

Tarja brings such positivity and a caring presence to FCC, and we’re so lucky to have her on the team. 🩵

She’s been part of the First Choice Chiropractic family for 5+ years, bringing a passion for holistic health, a background in naturopathy 🌿, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does. 🥰

While Tammy has spent time working in clinic over the years, she now mainly supports the team behind the scenes, helping keep things running smoothly across all First Choice Chiropractic locations. You’ve likely heard her friendly voice on the phone or seen her name in your inbox! 📨

Tammy loves connecting with patients (especially those new to chiro!), staying grounded with Pilates 🧘‍♀️, and starting her mornings slow with lemon water. 🍋💧
