🌿 “I don’t have time” used to be my favourite excuse.
Until I realised: the time is never just lying around — I have to make it.

So now, even if it’s 10 minutes in pyjamas or 5 breaths between meetings, I roll out the mat. Not for the perfect pose, but for the peace it brings.

Yoga isn’t about flexibility.
It’s about showing up.
Even if all you do is sit and breathe — that counts. 💛
