Sometimes the problem isn’t that you don’t know something needs to change.
You fu***ng know.
You just can’t see a version of change that doesn’t mean:
leaving the relationship
quitting the job
walking away from people
starting again
blowing your whole life up
So you keep going.
Because “this isn’t working” feels easier to live with than “what if changing it costs me everything?”
And when you’re right inside it, those can start to look like the only two options:
put up with it
or
leave
They’re not always the only options.
Sometimes you need someone outside the situation to help you see what actually needs to change and what doesn’t.
