For years, I confused integrity with carrying more than my share.

More responsibility.
More understanding.
More emotional labour.

What I’m learning is that I can remain kind, compassionate and accountable without taking responsibility for things that were never mine to carry.

Some days I’m great at it.

Some days I still catch myself picking things up that don’t belong to me.

But I’m getting better at putting them back down.

I love travel, even when it’s just to head home it gives me a great opportunity to slow down, breathe and be present.

I love using this time to just read a book or listen to a podcast, no thinking just being and receiving, it feels so great!

Have you heard of the saying
“Nothing changes, if nothing changes”

Well every person in that room has changed their life forever simply because they showed up and invested in themselves and if you’re sitting there thinking well that’s great for them but I can’t do that.. Well guess what, you can!

When you choose to show up and invest in yourself you will only ever be rewarded for it and you are worthy of having, giving, receiving and being all of the best things in life ⭐️

So I’m curious, do you invest in yourself?

Six days to show me all the ways in which I’ve been holding myself and disconnecting myself from my true power

36 years consolidated into six days of connection, trust, release and purpose to step fully in to the woman I know that I am, the one I’ve always been and yet hid for so long, she’s been calling me back home to myself all along I just couldn’t hear or feel her until now

She finally arrived and stepped into her power, her wholeness, herself ❤️❤️
