This is ‘kind of’ how your spine and head shows up on your feet! Your spine runs along the inner edge of your foot and as I move up and down your spine reflex, not only do I feel for areas of congestion, I also calm your nervous system in doing so!
Have a feel of your own foot and see how it feels, it might feel crunchy, like bubble wrap or just really tender in spots…I’ll bet they correspond to sore spots along your spine! Just try it!
