Yes I am practicing what I preach. I’m booked for an intense laser resurfacing treatment on Friday with . Today I had a beautifully hydrating oxygen facial to ensure my skin is optimised for my laser treatment. This along with daily CE Ferrulic and Discolouration Defence, is the perfect pre laser skin prep. Skin prep is essential for optimal laser results.

Huge thank you to and the team for putting on such a great conference.
Wish I could have been there in person, but given that I triple booked myself for today, glad I got to listen! The speakers were fantastic, and it’s great to come away with practical tips to enhance the menopause care, that I give to my patients.

Medicine is a career, that requires constant learning, and today’s learning was truly where my passion lies!

Helping women in peri and menopause is just so rewarding!
