Well… apparently the Universe had a slightly different fu***ng plan. 😂🤦🏼‍♀️❤️

A little ATSS update for you all…

As much as I have been willing, praying, organising and probably mildly threatening everything into being ready for our Grand Opening on 19 September, some of our cabinetry and joinery unfortunately won’t be completed in time.

And yep… I’m fu***ng disappointed.

I’ve had 19.09.26 in my heart and head for a very long time, and I wanted SO badly to throw those doors open and show you the whole beautiful vision at once.

But if there’s one thing this entire journey has taught me, it’s that sometimes you have to stop trying to control the timeline and trust that things are unfolding the way they’re meant to. 🙏🏼✨

So… we’re pivoting!

❤️ Sunday 20 September
Our beautiful Tess Williamson will officially be the FIRST facilitator to hold an event inside Addicted to Soul Studio. 🥹

💃 Tuesday 22 September
I’ll be holding our first Chakra Dance session in the Studio that evening. Time to REBOOT your base chakra!

✨ From Monday 28 September
Addicted to Soul Studio will be fully open, with our treatment rooms and Studio available for our incredible practitioners, facilitators and community.

🥳 AND THEN…

SATURDAY 3 OCTOBER - IT’S GRAND OPENING TIME!!!

Our Open Day is officially moving to Saturday 3 October, when we can welcome you into the COMPLETE space exactly as it was intended to be.

Same beautiful practitioners.
Same workshops, healings, treatments, makers, connection and celebrations.
Same big bloody dream.

Just two weeks later. 😂❤️

And maybe that’s actually a gift.

Because instead of rushing the final pieces just so I can say we opened on the date I originally chose, we get to let this beautiful space come together properly.

I’ve trusted the nudges that brought me here.

I’m going to trust this one too. 🙏🏼

Today I closed a really beautiful chapter. 🥹💜

I held my final two Intuitive Healing sessions at Liefde Wellness Centre today, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect way to finish my time there.

For nearly a year and a half, Liefde has been my little work home… a space where I’ve welcomed so many beautiful women through the doors, held countless sessions, witnessed tears, breakthroughs, releases, laughter and everything in between.

And behind that space is the beautiful Wendy. 💜

Wendy, you are genuinely one of the kindest, most generous and easy-going humans I know. Nothing has ever been too hard or too much trouble. You go above and beyond for the people who work from your space, and I have always felt so welcomed, supported and trusted.

I feel incredibly blessed that Liefde became part of the Addicted to Soul journey but even more blessed that through it, I gained you in my life. 🥹

For any practitioners or facilitators looking for a beautiful space to work from, I cannot recommend Liefde enough. From treatment rooms and the larger workshop space to reformer Pilates and the sauna, Wendy has created such a welcoming little wellness home.

It’s definitely bittersweet saying goodbye to my work home of the past year and a half…

But it’s time. 💜

Thank you, Wendy, for opening your doors to me, for backing me and for being the beautiful soul that you are.

I’m sad to leave but SO bloody excited for the next chapter.

Liefde will always be a special part of the Addicted to Soul story.

Here’s to beautiful endings… and even bigger beginnings. ✨

Four years ago today, I miscarried our little baby. 💜

Today, without really planning it, I found myself journeying through the Sacral Chakra as part of my own Chakradance™ Alchemy practice.

And apparently… there was still something there that wanted to be felt. There were tears. Silent screams. Movement. Release.

And then towards the end of my journey, unexpectedly, I found myself dancing with my unborn baby. It was beautiful. 🥰

At the time of my miscarriage, I remember feeling like my body had failed me. I was a failure. I was somehow being punished.

Today I was able to hold that experience differently. I realised that amongst all of the grief, that little soul also gave me something I desperately needed at the time…

Hope.

After two years of trying to conceive and being told we would need IVF, my body conceived naturally.

And for those ten weeks, I got to experience something I had wanted so deeply.

This was the mandala that came through for today’s journey.

Ride the wave.
Gift.
There is always light.

I don’t believe healing means pretending painful things weren’t painful. Sometimes it’s simply being willing to meet what is still there… and allowing ourselves to feel it differently when we’re ready.

Today, I got to spend a little time with my baby again. And that felt like a gift. 💜

This is some of the depth we’re able to explore within Chakradance™ Alchemy… not forcing anything to happen but creating the space for whatever is ready to be felt, moved and released.

Alchemy begins on the 29th September in my new Edithvale studio.

Four years later, the grief is still part of my story.
But today, so was the gift.

What if you’re not actually lost?

What if you’ve just spent so many years being who everyone else needed you to be… that you’ve forgotten what you feel like?

The good daughter.
The partner.
The mother.
The capable one.
The one who holds EVERYTHING together.

Somewhere amongst the expectations, responsibilities, old stories and sheer bloody noise of life… we can disconnect from ourselves.

And then one day we realise:

I don’t know what I want anymore.

I don’t know what I need.

I don’t even know if the life I’m living still fits me.

✨ Week 18. She’s lit. Literally. ✨

Eighteen weeks in and somehow every single week manages to be fuller than the last. I don’t know how that’s even possible! 😂

Here’s the Week 18 chaos report…

📅 Deep in the details of organising the Open Day - Saturday September 19th, 10am to 4pm. 🎉

💜 More incredible women coming through wanting to hire the space and dream up the most beautiful collabs together. So much love for this! Lights me up! 🥹

🪟 Sign frosting samples arrived and… we changed our minds. Naturally. 😂 And that etched graffiti that has haunted us since day one? Still causing absolute chaos with the signage situation. 🤬🙄

🎨 More paint decisions. More Bunnings trips. It’s basically my third home. 🛒

🛍️ Spent a beautiful day shopping for vases with my gorgeous friend. Jackie The fun details are happening!! ✨

🚗 Became a delivery driver this week - collected an entire car full of lights. Boot full. Back seat full. Absolutely full. 😂 About Space

💡 And then watched the FIRST light get installed. I may have stared at it for an embarrassingly long time. 😭✨

🔨 More patching, painting undercoat and skirting boards. The unglamorous stuff that makes the glamorous stuff possible. 💪

This space is coming to LIFE and I want you to be part of it. 💜

Something new is coming to my beautiful new Edithvale studio… and this one goes DEEP. 🔥

After facilitating Chakradance™ and watching women reconnect with themselves through movement, music, creativity and the chakra system, I knew I wanted to create an opportunity for women who were ready for more than an individual session.

So I’m incredibly excited to finally open CHAKRADANCE™ ALCHEMY to the public. 💜

Alchemy is an 8-part transformational journey through the chakra system.

Rather than attending whenever a session suits, this experience is about committing to the whole journey - allowing each session to build upon the last and creating space to explore the patterns, emotions, beliefs and energetic layers that are ready to be seen, moved and transformed.

We’ll use the beautiful modality of Chakradance™ - music, movement, guided visualisation, mandala art and ritual - within a deeper transformational container.

And you don’t need to know how to dance.

There are no steps to learn and nobody is watching how you move.

This is about closing your eyes, putting on your headphones and allowing your body to lead.

It’s time to go deeper.

To reconnect with parts of yourself you may have forgotten.

To move what has become stuck.

To explore what you’re ready to leave behind.

And to create space for what wants to emerge next. ✨

🔥 This one might ruffle a few feathers…

When did alcohol become normalised in spiritual and healing spaces?

Breathwork + booze.
Cards + cocktails.
Meditation + multiple glasses of wine.
Energy work after a couple of drinks.

For me, these things simply don’t belong together.

Alcohol is a central nervous system depressant. It alters our awareness, impairs judgement and affects our ability to be fully present.

Yet we’re bringing it into spaces intentionally created for presence, connection, consciousness and healing.

And yes - I have even stronger beliefs about this energetically. 😂 That’s probably a reel for another day.

This isn’t about judging someone for having a drink.

It’s about questioning why recreational drinking has found its way into the healing container in the first place.

Personally, if I’m holding space for you, alcohol has no place in that space.

Full stop.

✨ Week 17. We have a SIGN GUY. ✨

I don’t even know where this week went. One minute it was Monday and now we’re here and somehow everything happened at once and I am thriving in the chaos. 😂

Here’s the Week 17 report…

🙌 Loads of beautiful soul connections and meet ups and the most amazing women saying HELL YES to joining the Addicted to Soul Studio Collective. The cup is overflowing. 🥹
📣 The Open Day is officially launching! Mark it in your diary!!
🪟 Met with the sign guy and creating the shop front signage. ARGH!! A BIG SIGN. 🎉
🎨 Overcame some paint dramas. 🙄🤬 We don’t need to talk about it. We pushed through. 💪😂
🧘‍♀️ Cork mats and blocks purchased - accompanied by a toddler in full Elsa costume singing at the top of her lungs “Golden” from KPop Demon Hunters in Target. Honestly the most aligned shopping trip I’ve ever had. ❄️😂
🔨 Plastering, patching, prepping the floor. All happening. ALL OF IT. 🎉

Seventeen weeks of me experiencing leaky roofs, swimming pools, Facebook Marketplace ghosts and carpet tack strips and we are HERE… sanded floors and new doors. 🥹💜

And I would absolutely LOVE you to come and celebrate with us.

Our Grand Opening & Open Day is your chance to wander through the Studio, meet some of the incredible practitioners and facilitators bringing their work into the space, experience a taste of what’s to come and have some fun while you’re here. 💜

Throughout the day there’ll be:
