Been moving through some big shifts lately, some unexpected, some I’ve chosen myself. The kind that call you to re-anchor and trust yourself more deeply.
Spending time at Cape Schanck this morning reminded me how much we’re like the landscape itself. One moment rugged black rocks, the next soft green, dramatic red dirt, endless ocean. Constantly changing, full of polarity, just like the seasons and cycles we all move through.
There can be grief and uncertainty in the movement, but there is also alignment, evolution, and emergence. Nature shows us there’s breathtaking beauty in all of it, in the ruggedness and the grace.
It gives you perspective.
At our core, we are nature, wild, shifting, resilient. And sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is honour the terrain we’re moving through, anchor into our own inner landscape, and move with the turning of the tide.
