Feel Better Club brings recipes, movement sessions, habit tracking and challenges together in one place. You can join whether or not you’re a Feel Better patient.

Club members also pay $49 for weight loss review appointments (usually $55).

Designed to give you extra support between appointments, Feel Better Club gives you access to practical tools you can use every day to stay on track with your health and wellness goals.

Inside the app you’ll have access to meal tracking, meal plan ideas, beginner and intermediate exercise programs, monthly challenges, accountability tracking, recipe and wellness content, with new content added each month.

Membership is $24 per month.
