Hi everyone 😊

I’d like to share some exciting news about a change that’s taken place within our business.
As of 1st July 2026, EMPOWERMENT4U Disability Support officially became Rok N' Rise Supports Pty Ltd.

When I first started EMPOWERMENT4U, I wanted to provide support that felt genuine, personal and meaningful — support that helped people build confidence, experience more of life and feel empowered to be themselves.
Since then, what started as a small idea has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. We’ve built an amazing team, formed some pretty special relationships, shared a LOT of laughs, and created a community that I honestly couldn’t have imagined when this journey began.

As we’ve grown, I realised that I wanted a name that felt more like us – something that reflected our individuality, our energy, and the way we do things a little differently.
Rok N’ Rise feels like us. 🖤

It represents strength, individuality, energy, and growth.
It’s about encouraging people to rise in their own time, in their own way — with people beside them who genuinely care.
And we’re already bringing more of that vision to life!

We’ve recently launched our Rok N’ Rise Fitness Programme 💪🥊 — supporting physical health, confidence and wellbeing in a way that’s fun, social and inclusive. The music is pumping, the gloves are on, and there are definitely plenty of laughs along the way! 😂

To our clients, families and everyone who has supported and trusted us along the way — thank you. ❤️
Being trusted to be part of someone’s journey is something I will never take for granted.
EMPOWERMENT4U will always be where this story started, but I’m incredibly excited about where Rok N’ Rise Supports is heading.
Same heart. Same genuine support.
Just a new name, a new chapter… and a whole lot more to come. 🖤🤘

An Emergency Relief Centre (ERC) has been established at the McIntosh Centre, Shepparton Showgrounds, as of 6:30pm Friday 9 January 2026.

The ERC has been set up to assist residents of neighbouring councils. The ERC provides shelter, essential supplies, and support for those affected by extreme weather and bushfire conditions.

If someone you know from Moira, Strathbogie, Mitchell, or Murrindindi council areas is affected by surrounding fires and needs help, and it is safe to do so, please tell them to head to the centre for safety and support.

House of HOPE

HOPE is a community-based program supporting people in Shepparton and Seymour after a suicidal crisis.
It offers personalised, voluntary and confidential support from clinicians and peer workers with lived experience.
