I’m back 🥰

The past 6 months have been a whirlwind and I am back and ready to hold space, with a few changes, for all you beautiful women 💗

Some big changes have happened personally and my beautiful family and I will be making a big move out of the area in June 🏡

But until we move I will be holding Women’s circles in Nowra so keep an eye out for upcoming dates.

I can’t wait to reconnect with you all ✨

I have made the decision to close my books and turn my focus inwards.

I have had a number of unresolved things come up for me that I need to address and turn my attention to and I don’t feel I am in the right space to hold space for other people.

I absolutely LOVE what I do and know this is the reason I am here but for now I need to give myself the space, love and respect I give other people.

I will share when I feel drawn to but for now I will not be available on this account from tonight.

Thank you for all your amazing support, love and understanding. Please know I am ok and I will be back with more love and light to share 💗✨

It’s ok to pause, recoup and keep going.

I have had the intense need to just stop, look inwards and focus on the small things.

Sometimes we get so busy and overwhelmed with what our next step is that we haven’t stopped to appreciate how far we have come or that we are where we wanted to be months ago.

Give yourself the permission to stop, look around and appreciate what you have done to get this far. The universe is still working with you even when you are taking a break ✨💗
