Three journeys. Three very different experiences.

✨ The Relationship Within
For the patterns we carry into our relationships, with others, and with ourselves.

✨ Letting Go
A chance to put some of it down. The pressure, the holding, the stuff we’ve been carrying for far too long.

✨ You Are Enough
For anyone who needs reminding that you don’t have to keep proving, achieving or becoming more to be worthy.

You don’t need to know which journey you should do.

Notice which one pulls at you.

That’s usually the one.

Small groups. Headphones on. Eyes closed. Your experience, your space.

Breath. Release. Return. Rise.

Still thinking about last night ❤️

Such a beautifully varied room of breathers, some experiencing 9D for the very first time, some who have breathed with me many times before, and even other facilitators coming along to simply breathe and receive.

But what stayed with me most was the softness of this journey.

Before we started, I asked Ruby why she chose Freeze Release, and her answer really stuck with me.

We spend so much time pushing.

Pushing for the breakthrough. Pushing to feel better. Pushing to get somewhere.

When sometimes what we actually need is to stop pushing.

To leave the pressure and expectations at the door.

To breathe.
To allow.
To feel.

No expectation of what that needs to look like.

And I think that’s what I loved so much about last night.

This journey has been a long time coming for me, and I already know it’s going to be a firm favourite. ❤️
