A BIG UPDATE FROM TRIBAL SOUL SANCTUARY
Okay beautiful people… this is a long one, so stick with us!
We know we’ve been a little quiet on the social media side lately, but there is a very good reason for it.
The past couple of months have been incredibly busy behind the scenes. We’ve been working hard to secure the future of our beautiful Sanctuary, negotiating a new lease agreement, changing over our systems, restructuring parts of the business and looking at what we want the next chapter of Tribal Soul Sanctuary to become.
After a LOT of work, we are hopefully now only days away from finalising and signing a new lease agreement that will allow Tribal Soul Sanctuary to remain in our beautiful space. 🌿🤍
Nothing is quite official until those signatures are on the page, so for now we’re keeping everything crossed that these final steps progress smoothly. 🤞✨
While all of that has been happening, we certainly haven't been sitting still!
There are changes coming, some things we're saying goodbye to, and a whole lot of new things we're incredibly excited about.
✨NEW SEPTEMBER PRICING
From September, our standard Float Soundbath Meditation will be $28.50 per person, with a discount available for cash payments.
Increasing our prices is something I genuinely never wanted to have to do.
In fact, we haven't increased the price of our Float Soundbath Meditation in over three years.
During that time, I have deliberately tried to keep our sessions as affordable and accessible as possible, even as the costs of running the Sanctuary have continued to increase around us.
Unfortunately, with ongoing increases across our operating costs and now a substantial rent increase as part of securing our new lease agreement, continuing at our previous pricing is simply no longer sustainable.
Even with this increase, it has been really important to me to keep the adjustment as small as possible.
I know the cost of living is affecting everyone, which is also why we will continue to offer a discount for cash payments wherever possible.
This little Sanctuary means so much to me, and finding that balance between keeping our experiences affordable and keeping the business sustainable is something I take very seriously.

✨A NEW WEBSITE & SIMPLER BOOKING EXPERIENCE
Our website will also be changing at some point during September!
We’re currently working through the transition of our systems with one main goal:
To make accessing and booking Tribal Soul Sanctuary services easier for you.
We want everything to be more streamlined, easier to navigate and simpler when you're trying to find a service or book online.
As we transition between systems there may be a few little hiccups, so please bear with us. 🤍

✨PRELOVED TO RELOVED — A FOND FAREWELL
With restructuring comes some difficult decisions too.
Unfortunately, Preloved to Reloved will be coming to a close.
We have loved having this little part of the Sanctuary and giving beautiful preloved pieces another life, but as part of our restructure we have made the decision to close this section of the premises and consolidate Tribal Soul Sanctuary into our larger main Sanctuary space.
While it’s sad to say goodbye to Preloved to Reloved, this change allows us to be a little smarter with our space and our overheads, while focusing our energy on the services and experiences at the heart of Tribal Soul Sanctuary.
And although we’re reducing our physical footprint, we certainly aren’t reducing what we have planned.
Instead, we’ll be integrating some of our new offerings into the main Sanctuary and making better use of the beautiful larger space we already have.
So this is less about becoming smaller and much more about simplifying, restructuring and making room for what comes next.
✨OUR OWN ALL-NATURAL PRODUCT RANGE
This one has been quietly developing behind the scenes and we are SO excited about it.
We have begun creating our very own all-natural Tribal Soul product range. 🌿
We recently released our very first batch of sample products into the Sanctuary…
AND THEY SOLD OUT THE SAME DAY! 🥹🤍
We were absolutely blown away by the response.
Our next batch has now been finalised and will be back on the shelves Wednesday afternoon.
This is only the beginning.
We’re excited to slowly grow our own range of beautiful, natural products that complement what Tribal Soul Sanctuary is all about — creating little rituals of rest, self-care and wellbeing that you can take home with you.

✨INTUITIVE TAROT & ORACLE READINGS
We’re exploring bringing dedicated Tarot & Oracle Reading sessions into the Sanctuary.
A quiet, private space to pause, reflect and receive a little intuitive guidance when you feel you need it.
✨KIDS YOGA & MINDFULNESS
We’re looking at expanding Kids Yoga into school-term programs, while still providing casual class options where available.
Movement, mindfulness, breathing, relaxation, creativity and fun — designed especially for our younger humans.
✨MORE WORKSHOPS, TRAINING & SPECIAL EVENTS
We want the Sanctuary to become a space where you can not only come to rest, but also experience, explore and learn.

Sometimes a group experience isn't what you need.
Our private sessions offer a more individual experience and the opportunity to slow down, reconnect and have some time dedicated entirely to you.

But behind that quiet has been a LOT of work.
We’re negotiating.
We're restructuring.
We're building new systems.
We're creating products.
We're developing new experiences.
We're finding new ways to use our space.
And most importantly, we're doing everything we can to keep Tribal Soul Sanctuary here and build something sustainable for the future.
There may be a few bumps while everything transitions, and not every idea will happen overnight, but there is so much we are excited to bring to life.
