hat true healing often begins where words end. I spent a good few years myself in recovery and self discovery healing too. So when I say "If you know, you know"... there couldn't be a truer word spoken. While I don't share every chapter of my journey, each has led me closer to my purpose: helping others find clarity, strength, and well-being again...through intuitive and energetic healing. My work blends powerful modalities such as energy healing, oracle card guidance, intuitive channelling with messages and kinesiology tools that support the release of past trauma, emotional wounds, and even physical dis-ease. What is dis-ease? When we ignore the overall well being of our mind, spirit & soul.... the physical (body) can take over to make us stop and listen. Dis-Ease. This approach isn't about quick fixes; it's about reconnecting to the body's natural wisdom and creating lasting shifts in both mental and physical health. I'm deeply curious by human nature and behaviours and am very drawn to the kind of challenges that invite reinvention. Whether you're navigating uncertainty, stress, or a deeper inner calling, I offer a safe space for both men and women to heal, realign, and come back to themselves feeling empowered, balanced, clearer.... and most importantly listened to and HEARD.
