Michelle Caplen and Karen Bishop are part of Twinkle Toes Australia. We own and run this Australian Business. We are Qualified Reflexologists with Professional Membership of the Reflexology Association of Australia.
We are both Baby and Maternity Reflexology Practitioners and specialise in Reflexology for Maternity and Babies, however we perform reflexology for all ages, from babies to adults.

Twinkle Toes Reflexology Australia’s aim is to build stronger families as the classes boost parent’s confidence, help with bonding and make babies relaxed and happy, therefore parents become more relaxed and happy, and it’s all natural.
The Classes teach parents, and ‘parents to be’, the reflex points on the feet that relate to the whole body and specifically look at points to help with Colic, Constipation, Teething, Reflux, Calming and more. We hold special workshops namely “Calm Babies”, “Tummy Aches” and “Healthy Babies’. More information is in this brochure.

Reflexology appointments can be 30 minutes or 1 hour. Usually a full reflexology session is an hour’s duration where feet are massaged to relax and release any blocked energy through reflex points on the feet, making you feel relaxed and revitalised.
