This week we loved seeing a unique event in China where people and their four-legged friends took part in a Human–Pet Cosplay Trail Run.

While the costumes may bring a smile, what stands out most is something deeper:

✨ Belonging

Whether it’s a walk in the park, a local sporting event, a Read & Roam group, or time spent with a beloved pet, meaningful participation looks different for everyone.

Sometimes wellbeing begins with something as simple as sharing an adventure with a friend who happens to have four legs.

At 87 years old, Myra fulfilled a lifelong dream — riding a horse for the very first time.

🌏 Myths Across Cultures

As we prepare for the Odyssey, we find ourselves reflecting across cultures and centuries.

Humanity has told remarkably similar stories for thousands of years.

Whether found in ancient myths, archaeological ruins, or modern AI technology, the question is often the same:

🌊 Anxiety Isn’t Just Worry

When people think of anxiety, they often imagine someone who is constantly nervous or fearful.
