Today, give yourself permission to arrive exactly as you are — tender, tired, hopeful. Grief is not a detour; it’s a doorway that asks us to slow down and listen to what the heart needs next.

I've been noticing an interesting trend these past few years in how some women leaders are leading their teams in the workplace. It's no doubt that historically, women felt they had to take on the attributes of cut-throat, aggressive, and egotistical men to get anywhere in leadership... but do you think that is still a necessary paradigm? Or should women be working to shift that narrative?

Being on the receiving end of both positive and negative leadership from women and being in leadership roles myself for many, many years, I honestly believe that women who are still playing the agressive and competitive leadership role need to take a really good look at themselves.

Authentic feminine leadership is not about fitting into a mould or emulating someone else's style. It's about owning your unique strengths and leading with confidence, grace, and authenticity. A confidence mindset is the foundation for this kind of leadership, allowing us to overcome our fears and doubts and step into our power. Let's embrace our individuality and lead with confidence, inspiring others to do the same.
