Swimming pool/spa owners:

Now that I have your attention:

An extension of time for submission of swimming pool/spa barrier certification has been incorporated into an amendment to the Building Regulations.

This means you now have until the 1st of June the following year of the original due date to submit a certificate of barrier compliance to your local council.

For example, if you certificate is due 1st of November this year, you now have until 1st June next year.
