The Power of Distance Reiki 🕊️

Reiki is a gentle merging with oneness.

One of the most beautiful aspects of Reiki is that it is not limited by time or space.

Reiki (霊気) translates to 'divinely-guided, universal life force energy'.

The same vital essence that flows through every living being ~ every human, animal, tree, ocean, star. Every breath and heartbeat.

In Japanese, this life force is known as Ki (気).

It is the energy of aliveness itself... which animates, nourishes and connects all things.

Just as the ocean exists beyond any single wave, Reiki exists beyond the physical body 🌀

Beyond time, location, distance ~ we consciously connect with this universal field of loving intelligence, meeting the innate intelligence of our own being.

Body, mind, heart, soul.

Many people are surprised by how deeply they feel an online session...

A gentle heat flowing through their body, like warm honey. A mind that settles, becoming quiet and clear. Heart opening and softening, receiving Reiki as pure divine love. The soul awakening, connecting to it's own true essence.

Some opening up to visions, messages, colours, tingles, spirit guides, ancestors, loved ones on the other side.

A profound sense of being held 🙏🏼

Deeply relaxed, grounded and restorative.

Another piece I love weaving into the understanding of Distance Reiki is quantum entanglement ~ the concept that particles have the ability to remain connected across vast distances.

An invisible thread weaving through energetic oceans surrounding our entire universe 💫

Healing is Love.

Trust the unfolding.

I’ve been gently landing, reflecting, integrating and tending to myself after HER ALCHEMY | Embodiment Retreat in Byron Bay 🌹

Words are honestly still hard to find…

The joy, giggles and laughter. Deep belly laughs - the ones when you smile to yourself like, ‘I don’t think I’ve laughed this hard in a while…’ and remember laughter is medicine, especially when shared.

The gentleness and play. Our inner little girls, open-hearted and shining bright. Exploring the land, chatting to the animals, finding magical spaces and floating around like fairies 🧚

The openness and depth. Realness. Vulnerability. Sacred heart-to-heart conversations - whether we were sitting in circle, making a cup of tea or spontaneously pulling oracle cards by the fire. Sharing soul-nourishing moments of wisdom, authentic connection and deep heart gratitude.

The presence. This is what touches me the deepest, because it’s what made everything else possible. Witnessing all of our women soften deeper into presence as the hours and days unfolded. Honouring the experience. Holding space for self and one another.

Being, while becoming.
Together.

Our biggest intention behind weaving this retreat was for it to be a safe space. Held. Grounded. Nourishing. Heart-centred.

Where you are fully invited to come as you are. Without performance - being seen and honoured for all that you are - past, present, emerging.

Her Alchemy was never about content creation or putting women’s deep personal moments online.

It’s a space Olga and I both craved when we were going through our deepest, darkest, most confusing and painful seasons. Feeling alone and misunderstood.

A space where our inner magic was not only seen, but encouraged to embrace and explore 🪽
